Cutural Arts
The City of Farmington Hills' Cultural Arts Division presents a wide range of high-quality cultural arts programs for all ages that encourage creative thinking, offer a myriad of experiences, and develop valuable life long social and personal skills. Programs include the Farmington Hills Youth Theater performances, camps, and classes; art classes such as Pottery for Kids, Painting and Step by Step Drawing, and many more; and dance and music classes, lessons and programs such as the Farmington Hills Youth Choir, piano and Intro to Music, among many others. In addition, the Cultural Arts Division presents a professional concert series, free summer concerts, summer camps, and festivals such as Art on the Grand and the Festival of the Arts, art exhibits and community cultural services.

Farmington Hills Department of Special Services
The department offers recreation and social service programs for all ages, maintains over 350 acres of park land, operates the nine-hole public gold course at San Marino and the two-surface ice arena.

Senior Adults Giving to Education (S.A.G.E.)
Senior Adults Giving to Education is a community program designed to bring the senior adult into the classroom to share the wisdom and values of their generation, special interests and hobbies, collected life skills and cultural enrichment with the students of Farmington Public Schools. This program is sponsored by the Farmington Hills Department of Special Services Senior Adult Division working in cooperation with Farmington Public Schools.
